Podcasts are audio files that you can subscribe to, the same way you would subscribe to a magazine - but PODCASTS ARE FREE! So once you subscribe, whenever there is a new podcast it is automatically downloaded to your PC or laptop. You can also download individual podcasts that you think might be of interest. You can then transfer the files to your mp3 player if you wish.

You don’t need an iPod to listen to podcasts.

We recommend using itunes to listen to our podcasts. First install itunes on your computer. Once you have done that,simply click on the SUBSCRIBE button. Your computer will launch iTunes (if it isn’t already open) and start downloading your podcast.
